The territory of the national park of Ruaha is celebrated as ‘the country of the valiant Chief of the Mkwawa people’ who fought the German attack/influence at the end of the 19th century. The national park of Ruaha has a large river system that is not only one of the park’s attractions but also a watershed supporting the environment. The Great Ruaha River, the Mzombe River, the Mdonya River, Mwagusi River and Jongomero River are some of the key rivers of Ruaha national parks.

DAY 1: Iringa – Ruaha National Park
After breakfast drive to Ruaha Game Reserve on arrival you will start with extensive game drive. After the amazing game drive you will en route to Ruaha Tanapa cottage. Dinner and overnight at Ruaha Tanapa Bandas or Cottages on full board.
DAY 2: Ruaha National Park – Iringa City
After breakfast you go for full day game drive in Ruaha national park with packed lunch enjoy your lunch on one of picnic site which your guide will choose. Drive back to Iringa around evening hours.
Best of 2 Day Southern Circuit Safari in Tanzania. Ruaha Game Reserve Tour will give you a chance to see the best of Southern Tanzania wildlife and nature. This Game Reserve is not very far from Iringa city and can either booked by staying in Bandas or Cottages or may be opt to Campsite.
